Working with other consultants including market researchers, economic consultants and other specialists in different sectors we quickly generate many ideas, and identify all the likely obstacles, and test them in the real market. A concept is generated which is based on a financially viable model.

A bankable report and concept master plan then form the basis of our clients' business plan that is used to attract investors, operators, tenants, and purchasers thereby achieving project certainty.

We actively assist our clients in promoting their projects to acquire funding and approach possible operators and tenants that suit the project's concept.

We also assist our clients in researching and assembling the right team of specialists for the design and delivery of their project.

At this stage our development consultancy role is complete and in some cases we are retained and team up with a large firm of architects for the delivery of larger projects.
