Designs and Permissions for conversion of office accomodation back to original use of these Grade 1 Listed builidings. The buildings consisted of old cast iron shop fronts with terraced houses above.

There was a 1970's roof conversion to penthouse flat which made things a little complicated. We devised a method by whihc the entrance to the flat was moved to adjoining property on the rear which had a lift which was of great help to the tenants.
